We're getting a big, giant boat. By 'we' of course we mean Egypt, not the staff at CairoScene. According to Armenia News, Russia is sending Egypt a P-32 missile boat with strike weapons.

This is a boat is like something out of a GI Joe action movie. The head of the military exercises of the Russian Navy, Viktor Kochemazov stated,"The military and political leadership of Russia sends to Egypt as a gift a missile boat P-32 with strike weapons," noting that in this way Russia would be assisting Egypt in the fight against terrorism on land and sea.

Additionally they are helping Egypt fight terrorism via the sea with tactical exercises. On Saturday, Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Navy, Vladimir Korolyov said that the Russian Naval Fleet will be reprising the naval exercises known as the 'Russian-Egyptian Friendship Bridge'.

Although the name makes us think of rainbows bridges out of My Little Pony, the 'Friendship Bridge' exercises, which launched last year in Alexandria between 6-14 June, were actually meant to “become an important step towards the strengthening of the mutual understanding between the two navies," according to Russia and as reported in Daily News Egypt.

During last year's exercises, the Egyptian Ministry of Defence said they were essential for the “transfer and exchange of training experiences between the participating forces." Since Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi became president, Egyptian-Russian relations have increased, including presidential and ministerial visits, in addition to the fact that in August 2015 the Egyptian army was gifted a Molniya missile corvette. According to Daily News Egypt, the Egyptian Army said the gift was a sign of the “uniformity of vision between the political leadership of both countries regarding the war on terrorism and supporting efforts of security and stability in the Middle East."
