Egypt Set To Host 2017 Hockey African Cup of Nations

The championship will run for 10 days from the 9th to the 19th of October.

The African Hockey Federation (AHF) has confirmed that Egypt will be hosting the upcoming Africa Cup of Nations. The championship, which will run from the 19th to the 29th of October, is set to be held in Ismaileya according to the AHF.

This year’s participating countries include Egypt, South Africa, Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, Namibia, Zimbabwe, Tanzania, Botswana and Zambia, and will include both male and female teams.

The championship had originally been set to be held in August in South Africa.
