Footballer Mido Shaves His Head On TV After Losing A Bet
Some people are so fond of football that they're just about to ready to bet anything over it, even their precious curls...

Former Tottenham Hotspur striker Mido has lost a bet he made against Leicester City that they wouldn't win the Premier League title, according to the Daily Mail. The catch? Rather than forking over money, it was his beloved curls that the 33-year-old Egyptian had to give up by shaving his entire head. Yikes.
Once Leicester City collected their trophy after a 3-1 victory over Everton on Saturday, Mido's fans were ecstatic to see him ceremoniously executing his part of the bet by having his locks shaved live on television.

Now retired, Mido, whose real name is Ahmed Hossam Hussein Abdelhamid, had spent around eight years in England. Cairo-born, he is currently a football manager, TV presenter, occasional guest on beIN Sports and a former footballer having played for Zamalek, Tottenham Hotpsur, Gent, and Ajax among others.
