Because who needs a driving license or even number plates when you're a Qatari royal?

Usually when we drive about in our company $500,000 electric purple glow-in-the-dark Lamborghini car around Cairo, we make we at least have the proper paperwork with so that when we're stopped by a 3askari we can explain to them that this car does in fact belong to us and we can drive it as we please. BUT if you are part of the Qatari Royal family, minuscule details like driving licenses, registration papers and licence plates are simply a waste of time to deal with, something reserved for daddy's assistant's assistant.

Last week, in London near Harrods, 24 year-old Nasser Al-Thani was stopped whilst driving his Tron-esque super car by local police. Not for any particular reason, except we're guessing jealousy and some classic British racism against rich brown people. The car was towed away due to the lack of any sort of licencing, which we assume left Al-Thani having to drive his spare electric PINK glow-in-the-dark Lamborghini back home.
