Project Vibe: Revolution 9's Sharm El Sheikh Easter Blowout

Egyptians are known to party harder than anyone else in the world - fact. The guys at event organisation hub Revolution 9 understand that and are seeking to cater to our party hardy needs with a massive Easter shebang in Sharm El Sheikh. An unmatched line-up, consisting of eleven DJs - yes you read that right - is set to rock our world and wreak havoc on the shores of our favourite seaside resort town. In chronological order Robosonic, Chadash Cort, Abu Samra, Fayek, Gawdat, Ramiro Lopez, Misty, Karim Yousry, Sebzz, Chelina Manuhutu, and finally Ouzo, will each take turns on your ear drums, for three days in a row. It is set to be an epic binge of musical indulgence, mixed with outstanding production quality - the guys behind R9 are not holding out on this one.  We do realise that all you guys reading this are seasoned musical veterans, but for the newbies amongst us, allow us to elaborate on a couple of artists on the line-up. Robosonic came to prominence last decade, and started touring playing a diverse selection of styles and sub genres of House. The duo's productions are renowned, and one of their tracks in particular, The Edge, is the epitome of G-House, and that is the theme of their music; it's Hip-House, it's Soul, it's Disco - a groove that keeps on rolling through out their sets.

Suara Records artist, Ramiro Lopez is no stranger to the world's clubbing circuit, spending a lot of time in his studio creating fine cuts of premium tunes, yet always finding time for DJing. His releases have been getting great reviews from some of the most influential artists in the world. Let's not forget the ladies (read: lady). A staple behind the decks in clubs like Blue Marlin, and Pacha, Chelina Manuhutu is Ibiza's smouldering deck damsel - she doesn't need a saviour when she's in distress though. As a matter of fact, she is bent on saving all of our lives come Easter. Not to mention what the rest of the line-up is planning on doing; with so many artists, one would need a series of articles to be able to give due info.

All this will be taking place in two locations, beginning with a night party at the Taj Mahal on the 29th. One of Sharm El Sheikh's hottest clubs, Taj Mahal is the definition of decadence, with many of the world’s best artists making regular appearances. The second and third day's will have you up bright and early as they are day parties, happening at the Beach Side Arena in the Domina Coral Bay hotel, where the artificial King's Lake will be right behind you, and Tiran island right in front. Domina Coral Bay will also be your temporary residence through the weekend, a magnificent award winning five-star hotel.

What you would need to know about R9 is that the people behind the project are well seasoned in the art of hospitality and entertainment, with over 15 years of experience in the party scene in Egypt. We speak to R9 Founder and Managing Director Ayman Gouda, to ask him what he has in mind, and what can people expect: "We are planning a series of events in 2016, starting with this coming party. Since this event is our pilot, passes will be limited. We are trying to create a vibe worthy of the guests that are coming and the artists we have booked - that is our ethos as a party brand and our main concern as party organisers." Gouda continues to say, "What we can promise is that we will be doing everything in our power to ensure you guys have a kick ass time." Well Ayman we believe you and we cannot wait until Easter. Can we please go now?!

If you haven't made plans for this Easter yet, don't worry, R9's got you covered, head on over to the Facebook event page now to find out more.
