Royal Maxim Palace Kempinski’s Grand Opening Gala

Earlier this week we received a scroll. Seriously, like an ornate silver cylindrical thing, for lack of a better word, worthy of ancient nobility, which opened up to reveal a scroll inviting us to Royal Maxim Palace Kempinski’s Grand Opening Gala – black tie, of course. Naturally, we immediately started rummaging through our tiara drawer to find the perfect one for the event. Because that’s always our dilemma y’know, tiara selection.

 

By royal decree our glorious royal selves have been invited to @kempinskiroyalmaxim 's Grand Opening Gala on the 11th of November where we've been promised "a true tale of sophistication and glamour..." We're expecting some black tie brilliance. THEY TOLD US TO PUT ON OUR CROWNS GUYS. Excuse us while we go dig up our tiaras...

The event, set to take place tomorrow night will see the crème de la crème of Cairo’s society turn out in full (fancy) force to enjoy what we expect will be an insanely decadent and opulent evening, considering the scroll told us to expect “a true tale of sophistication and glamour.” The exclusive event is meant to evoke the spirit of a luxurious fairytale. Honestly, we’re kind of hoping that an actual carriage will escort us from our cars to the hotel. We’ve also been told there will be excellent entertainment courtesy of some killer local and international acts. BUT WILL THERE BE A JESTER? PLEASE SAY THERE WILL BE A JESTER.
