Trippy Tuesday Night With Telepoetic and Radio Acid at Cairo Jazz Club

With all the eccentric talents and sounds, we predict your exact reaction will be 'Excuse me while I kiss the sky!'

You know those musicians you can't put in just one genre because they're so multitalented, bringing together tunes and rhythms from quite possibly every instrument? That experience, it seems, is like the supermoon phenomenon – it happens once in a while and you need to catch it whenever you can. Totally possible, by the way. If we found you two bands who do just that, we know you'd come in a heartbeat. The wicked occurrence we're talking about will be happening at the hands of Telepoetic and Radio Acid, two bands who are committed to giving you a trippy Tuesday night at Cairo Jazz Club on November 22nd.Just in case you've never heard their music, Telepoetic infuses electronic music with experimental sounds with a ton of post-rock influence – something like a soundtrack to any important moment in your life - an experimental poetic journey of sorts. Mohamed Ragab and Sherif Galal make up Radio Acid. Their electronic fusion project is a profoundly illicit, off the grid formation that blends the sounds of synthist/guitarist/producer Sherif Galal with registered Moog artist, Machine Eat Man lead instrumentalist, and signed recording artist - Mohamed Ragab - to create a dissonant, harsh, and yet very groovy show.

CJC covers both ends of the experimental fusion spectrum, with two different sounds sharing an electronic play field, both utilising analog and digital instruments.Check out CJC's Facebook page for more information.
