This New Restobar in Sahel Will Give You the Summer Vibes You Need

Long gone are the days when summer was all about lemonade in the shade and ice cream. Don't get us wrong, we still do love our lemonades and ice creams, but there are more happening things out there this summer. Maybe, lounging on a white-curtained sunbed with cocktails, snacks, sunset jazz, white sand and a turquoise blue sea?

Enter Salt - a new restaurant/bar in Sahel, offering exactly that. Opening exclusively for the summer on Bianchi beach, Salt is offering a different experience than your usual beach bar. Adorned with a fascinating colour palette of white, shades of blue, wood and sand, Salt bathes you in a serene setting of chilled summer vibes and groovy beachscape tunes.

The team behind Sahel’s newest hot-spot brings together three masterminds in Cairo-based event management guru, Amr Hosny, London-based international jazz entertainer, Ahmed HarfousH, and designer extraordinaire, Victor Sobki.

Given their eclectic backgrounds, coming from different ends of the music spectrum, our gut tells us that this won’t be your conventional bar, with Salt offering different genres of music ranging from jazz and pop, to house and dance music, to 60s oldies. It all makes for a rather thrilling schedule of entertainment, including Salty Saturdays with guest DJs, pop vocalist Okasha offering the latest tunes, international jazz vocalist HarfousH offering jazz-themed evenings, French nostalgic songs performed by the delightful vocalist Ihab Shawi and many more.

All in all, a very unique and fresh Sahel experience awaits – find out more about Salt on Facebook and Instagram.
