The Nutcracker Opens Its First Branch at New Cairo's U Venues

Imagine if you could eat art at museums. I mean, you just walk into the Louvre (down the back, but who cares? Still the Louvre), pick up whatever you like, and take it home for dessert. This is the only way we can describe the experience of walking into local patisserie The Nutcracker’s first store.

Now, while our economy has largely shifted to the online realm, there are a few things we believe you have to see, you have to breathe, to be able to confidently purchase. Cake is one of those things, and so the Nutcracker’s new branch represents more than just a new art installation - it means we get to fully sensorily experience the spot’s meringue and chocolate leaf cakes in their glory before making a choice.

Besides, this opening comes just in time for what could possibly be an excellent Easter morning activity for little ones, or adults. In lieu of breakfast, just drag your little gremlins out to the Nutcracker, in U Venues Mall New Cairo, and have them have their pick from an assortment of Easter-special desserts, some of which are shaped like eggs and flowers.
