There are approximately 1.6 billion Muslims in the world, scattered all across the globe, so it’s no surprise when you come across a Muslim praying. And sometimes, if you're lucky, you’ll come across them in the most unexpected of places. One photographer has taken inspiration from that, and launched a beautiful photo project documenting all the unconventional places she’s seen Muslims pray in.
Sana Ullah is the Florida-based photographer behind the Places You’ll Pray project, which encourages people to send in photos of themselves praying in the most unconventional locations. The project’s Instagram account has over 500 photos, and some of them are truly beautiful. See for yourself!
