Tunisian actress Dorra Zarrouk is making her directorial debut with ‘The Life That Remains’, which will compete in the Horizons of Arab Cinema at the 45th edition of the Cairo International Film Festival (CIFF), scheduled to take place from November 15th to the 24th. The film will be screened at the Cairo Opera House.
Known for her roles in Egyptian and Tunisian cinema, Zarrouk's move behind the camera marks a new chapter in her career. ‘The Life That Remains’ will showcase her storytelling approach, adding to the festival's lineup of films from across the MENA region.
