Egypt Among Five Countries Hosting Film O’Clock International Festival
Egypt, Lithuania, Greece, Romania and South Africa will all host the Film O’Clock International Festival, which brings five countries with a shared time zone together to screen at the exact same time.

With the help of fellow film-loving countries Lithuania, Greece, Romania, and South Africa, Egypt is hosting the Film O’Clock International Festival starting February 27th to March 3rd - all at the exact same time.
The film festival is the result of a shared love for cinema and a shared time zone, hence the event’s name. This year, the first edition focuses on the 25th meridian east time zone, but upcoming years will recruit countries from another one.
The Egyptian cinema has yet to be announced but don’t worry though, you can still watch in a pandemic-friendly way through the festivalscope.com
