Port Said's Old World Cinema Festival to Celebrate Regional Filmmaking

The cardinal edition of the festival announced its first honoree, cinema sweetheart and Port Said native Suheir Ramzy, in appreciation of her fruitful career.

The first edition of the Old World Cinema Festival will soon drop anchor at Port Said, where it aims to spread cinematic culture and expose audiences to different film traditions from Europe, Asia and Africa.

Taking place this summer from June 25th to June 30th, the cardinal edition of the festival announced its first honoree, cinema sweetheart and Port Said native Suheir Ramzy, in appreciation of her fruitful and monumental artistic career.
