Before the official release of their movie ‘Dayy’, we caught up with Saudi Arabian actress Aseel Omran and Egyptian director Karim El Shennawy to get the behind-the-scenes scoop at the Mo4Network MO4Garden at the seventh edition of El Gouna Film Festival.

With this being Omran’s cinematic debut in Egypt, the actress had her fair share of new experiences, from navigating foreign dialects to taking up El Shennawy’s dare not to enlist the aid of a stunt double. In this exclusive interview, the duo tells all about their upcoming project.
