Yasmine Sabri Lands Her First Leading Role in a Movie

Actress, beauty icon and Cartier’s first Arab ambassador Yasmine Sabri has announced that she will play the lead role of a full feature film for the first time - and it’s quite the departure from her usual work.
Her newest cinematic venture takes the form of a movie called ‘Shoghl Esabat’, where Sabri will take on the role of a mafia leader. Intriguing.
While she’s played multiple lead roles in television series, this will be her first time leading in a cinematic feature. The closest she’s gotten beforehand was in ‘Lailat Hana wa Sorour’, where she co-starred with Mohamed Adel Emam.
The actress is currently working on her next Ramadan series, ‘Donia’, and has multiple series under her belt including ‘Fursa Thanya’ and ’Hekayti’, which firmly position the actress as the leading lady.
