Egypt Court Rules Foreign Homosexuals to be Deported
As an appeal by a deported Libyan is rejected, Egypt's Administrative Court supports what they call the right of the Interior Ministry to deport and ban access to Egypt for homosexuals.

According to Ahram Online, a Libyan national had appealed a court decision which saw him deported after someone filed a complaint with the police, reporting him to be a homosexual. As of today, Egypt’s Administrative Court has decided there is nothing wrong with that decision, rejecting the appeal and adding that the Interior Ministry is free to deport homosexual foreigners and/or ban them from entering the country. Looks like Elton John, Ian McKellen and Ellen DeGeneres may not pay Egypt a visit any time soon.
