A chilling new video has emerged showing a man tearing up his Egyptian passport in order to fight for ISIS.

The clip features would-be ISIS fighters cheering, chanting and pledging allegiance to the so-called Islamic State. Worryingly the clip shows one masked jihadist tearing up an Egyptian national ID.

As he carries out the stunt, the man says: "This is your nationality, Sisi!" before tossing his passport in a fire.

The clip also features a Saudi man delivering a vile message to Saudi authorities.

He says, "Praise be to God, who brought us out of your prisons, and praise be to God, who of us go out to the land of Sham, thankfully. God Almighty, we are coming, God willing."

The news is likely to spark fears of a growing Egyptian insurgency among the ranks of the brutal Islamic State.

In recent months Sinai terror group Ansar Bayt Al-Maqdis pledged allegiance to the Islamic State, and the Sinai-based militants claimed that they were receiving online training sessions from the Islamic State.

Last month Islam Yakan, a Cairo University graduate from a well-off Heliopolis family became an online sensation when he was dubbed the 'Hipster Jihadi' thanks to his fashion conscious approach to holy war.
