ISIS Lands in London

London shoppers got more than they bargained for this week when, instead of coupons for 2 for 1 Subway sandwiches, they were handed pro-ISIS materials emblazoned with "The Khilafah (Caliphate) Has Been Established." The Daily Mail reported that the men distributing the materials stood in front of posters proclaiming that “the dawn of a new era has begun.”

Known as the heart of London's shopping district, Oxford Street is a popular destination for tourists looking for a slice of the world famous British fashion scene. This time, however, they went home with something very different. The pamphlet laid out seven rules for supporters to follow including obeying the Caliph and leaving the UK to live in their self-proclaimed Caliphate.
