KSA Tech Startup Taker Acquires Delivery Specialist Brisk

Taker, a Saudi-based tech startup, has officially acquired local counterpart Brisk Delivery while preserving its brand as a wholly-owned subsidiary.

In order to expand Taker's market and provide a richer offering of products, the acquisition serves to enhance TakerGo, Taker's delivery solution that bridges restaurants with leading delivery service providers across Saudi Arabia.

Launched in 2020 - one year after Taker itself was founded - TakerGo allows restaurants of all sizes, with and without delivery fleets, to provide reliable delivery services to their consumers, and deal with the shifts and challenges of the food delivery sector.
