MIP & RiseUp to Develop East Cairo's First Entrepreneurship Hub

Misr Italia Properties, one of the largest and most diverse real estate developers in East Cairo, has signed an MoU with Rise Up, a regional platform that connects startups from across MENA, to establish East Cairo's first Innovation and Entrepreneurship Hub in Cairo Business Park.

The collaboration is part of the company’s vision for youth empowerment, fostering innovation and entrepreneurship in the meanwhile. The new hub will offer co-working spaces, small offices and meeting facilities that allow entrepreneurs, innovators, and small businesses to connect with one another. The place will also host workshops and capacity building sessions, as well as provide mentorship and empowerment for businesses to flourish.

Cairo Business Park stands as Misr Italia Properties' main administrative project, covering an area of 78,000 square metres. The project aims to change by-the-book patterns of doing business, and introduce an integrated, fully-equipped facility that offers the ultimate work-life balance.

The project is expected to be fully operational in March 2023, and is only the first of many collaborations on the horizon for Cairo Business Park.
