DataLexing, a productivity platform based in Saudi Arabia, has raised $3 million in a Seed round led by Sadu Capital, with participation from Impact46 as well as other strategic investors.

Founded in 2018 by Rayan Alfaheid and Abdulelah Alganas, DataLexing enables organisations to get data without having to rely on technical personnel by bringing together insights, apps, notifications, forms and sheets all in one platform.

"At DataLexing, our mission is to empower everyone to get the right data at the right time by themself,” Rayan Alfaheid, CEO and Co-Founder of DataLexing, tells StartupScene. “I'm very proud to see our platform positively impacting 10 countries and more than 50 organisations, varying from startups to government agencies, at an early stage in DataLexing life."

The platform works by allowing users to use prebuilt productivity templates and correlate them with current business apps. According to DataLexing, organisations that open a dialogue with their data act more efficiently than those that wait weeks to get answers from a data analyst.

The new funding will be used to expand the startup’s operations to the GCC, and further extend the research and development of the company.
