Ain Shams University to Build Space Innovation Lab

Ain Shams University has recently signed off on a space innovation lab and that's only just the beginning. To be built with the help of the Egyptian Space Agency within the next two years, the space innovation lab at Ain Shams University will be the first of its kind in Egypt, meaning that many more like it will soon follow in 27 universities across the country.

These labs will focus on creative and technological solutions to issues surrounding space travel, satellites, and astronomy. They will also serve as venues for courses, competitions, and multidisciplinary support for the scientific pursuits of students, researchers and startups.
