Beautiful Destinations Releases Mini-Documentary on the Rise of Egypt's Mahraganat Scene

Created by Bolivian director Matias De Rada for one of the world's biggest travel platforms, Beautiful Destinations, 'Cairo: A New Era' doesn’t approach the city from a traditional cultural or antiquities lens. Rather, the four minute video beautifully showcases a different, newly emerging side of Egypt: the musical boom of the past couple years, told from the perspective of some of Mahraganat’s youngest voices including Wezza Montaser, 3enaabb, and Said Fatlain.
