Cairo Water Week Will Begin Before COP 28 in Dubai
Cairo Water Week will take place from October 29th to November 2nd, less than a month before the global UN climate change conference.
The Ministry of Water and Irrigation has announced that they are preparing the sixth edition of Cairo Water Week, which will run from October 29th to November 2nd.
Just as last year’s Cairo Water Week took place shortly before the COP27 UN Climate Change Conference in Sharm El Sheikh, this year’s edition of Cairo Water Week will end just before the COP28 UN Climate Change Conference in Dubai, which will begin on November 30th.
Cairo Water Week will include discussions on implementing integrated water management policies, and reaching sustainable solutions for managing water resources to meet the needs of a growing population and address the challenges of climate change.
An exhibition will take place parallel to Cairo Water Week to showcase public and private institutions working in the water sector, and allowing them to present their programs, products and innovations.
