CairoScene does Prancercise

We're jumping on the latest viral-video sensation, and we're loving it...

Prancercise is the newest Internet sensation and we love it. Prancercise is about self-expression. It’s about non-violence. It’s about conservation. And we think it’s about awesomeness. The official website states that Prancercise is a fitness revolution (we think this is one that we can handle) that is defined as, “A springy, rhythmic, way of moving forward, similar to a horses gait and ideally induced by elation.” So if you’re in a bad mood, you will only be mediocre at Prancercise. Joanna Rohrback, the owner and creator of Prancercise, has a large following and based her fitness phenomenon on self-expression, straying away from the shackles of a monotonous gym routine. Rhorback has gotten the attention of big names like John Mayer. Mayer included the Prancercise creator in his video for the song, Paper Doll.

We are just upset that we are getting on the bandwagon so late, which is usually against CairoScene’s moral code. Better late than never, we suppose! Here is our take on it:
