Chambers of Commerce Launches Classes on Running an Ice Cream Business

Ice cream is everyone’s favourite thing. It’s not only good for your serotonin, it’s good for the soul. Now, ice cream is being used FOR good. The Women's Committee of the General Federation of the Chambers of Commerce is administering new classes in cooperation with the Animal Production Research Institute to empower Egyptian women to make their own money, by teaching them how to make this creamy dessert.

The course is offered completely free of charge, and will allow trainees to learn hands-on how to manufacture ice cream, ice cream cakes, and frozen yogurt. Equipped with this culinary know-how, participants should be able to open their own businesses selling frozen dairy goods, and will receive a certificate by the end of the course to prove it.
