EGP 10.3 Billion Luxury Destination 'Central' to Be Built in New Cairo

Hot on the heels of shiny retail and lifestyle destinations 5A and Garden 8 it looks like New Cairo is getting itself another sprawling ode to luxury shopping and entertainment in the form of a EGP 10.3 billion dollar project by Saudi Egyptian Developers. Overlooking the Mohamed Naguib axis, the project - aptly named 'Central' - is scheduled to be fully constructed in about four years, and promises to play host to a slew of global fashion labels and stylish eateries as well as state-of-the art office spaces.
