EGP 2 Billion Logistical Zone to Be Built in Dakahlia
The new zone will be built across a 46 feddan area, and will house commercial, administrative, logistical activities. It will also include recreational facilities and a new hotel.
Dakahlia will receive a new logistical zone at a cost of EGP 2 billion, creating 20,000 direct and indirect job opportunities for local workers and businesses.

The first phase of the zone will be made up of stores, exhibition halls, retail areas, commercial areas, restaurants, cinemas, parks, banks, pharmacies, gyms, auto retailers, and supermarkets. In short, it will be focused on services and activities tailored to people who live there, and is scheduled to be inaugurated by the end of 2022.
The second phase will be reserved for the construction of hotels, as well as administrative and commercial offices.
