Egypt's Hottest Properties Spotlighted at Largest Real Estate Exhibit

Egypt’s public and private sector is taking part in MIPIM 2022, the largest real estate exhibition in the world. 13 real estate development companies and advisory offices have joined the Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities at the high-profile conference in Cannes, France.

These entities have taken the opportunity to show off their new city projects, including the Central Business District and the central parks’ ‘Green River’ in New Administrative Capital, and the New Garden City district. They’re also showcasing the New Alamein city projects including beach towers, the Latin Neighborhood, and Heritage City. A number of projects in New Mansoura city are enjoying their time in the spotlight as well.

The MIPIM exhibition is one of the largest real estate exhibitions in the world, bringing on more than 50 countries and exhibiting 1,000 real estate projects, as well as hosting over 5,000 investors, investment funds, and major real estate funds.
