Egypt Post has launched a project to revamp its old distribution cars to run on electricity instead of petroleum-based fuel.
Two distribution cars have already been converted to operate on electricity as part of the project’s trial phase.
Upon its completion, the project will help reduce operating costs by more than 70%.
