Egypt to Set Up Vaccination Centres at Courts, Metros & Train Stations

The Ministry of Health and Population will set up vaccination centres in high turnout public venues such as courts, metro and train stations, traffic directorates, as well as mosques and churches.

To meet its goal of vaccinating 40 million people by the end of 2021, the Ministry of Health and Population will set up vaccination centres in high turnout public venues such as courts, metro and train stations, traffic directorates, as well as mosques and churches.

So far, Egypt has administered more than 23.3 million COVID-19 doses at more than 1100 vaccination centres across the country.

Egypt has a stock of 60.5 million doses of COVID-19 vaccines with plans to increase the number to 70 million by the end of October 2021.
