Egyptian Cabinet Launches English-Language News App
The app, called ‘The Egyptian Cabinet’, is now available for download on the App Store and Google Play.
The Egyptian Cabinet launched an English-language mobile app to provide updates on government activities. The app aims to foster better communication between the government and its citizens while also reaching out to the international community, according to the Cabinet's spokesperson Nader Saad.
According to a statement by the Cabinet's Information and Decision Support Center (IDSC), the app will specifically focus on delivering news related to Egypt's economy and investment market. As part of its efforts to expand its global outreach, the Cabinet launched an English-language version of its official website in May 2023.
The app, called ‘The Egyptian Cabinet’, offers easy access to a variety of features, including news from the Cabinet, government meetings, and local and international economic indicators. Additionally, it includes a dedicated section highlighting the government's policies, covering Egypt's 2030 vision, state ownership policy, government action plan, and annual government reports.
The new app also provides a section dedicated to Egypt's Golden License system, which was introduced in late 2022. This section offers crucial information about the license, its acquisition process, required documents, and the option to monitor the application progress online.
‘The Egyptian Cabinet’ is now available for download on the App Store and Google Play.
