Egyptian Courts to Launch Digital Platform in Early 2022
The Ministry of Justice plans to implement the new digital platform across all eight major economic courts by the beginning of 2022.

Egypt's Economic Courts has officially launched the Dynamics 365-Based Digital Courts and Case Management Platform, a digital platform designed by global tech company Link Development, in cooperation with the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology, and Microsoft Egypt. The Ministry of Justice plans to implement this system across all eight major economic courts by the beginning of 2022.
The digital platform provides multiple services, such as registration, process automation, case filing, virtual hearings, and secure document management. It is hoped to streamline the judicial process in economic courts, provide greater transparency, and offer the public a quicker and better way to access the court system.
