Egyptian Government Launches First App to Help Indebted Citizens

Led by the Ministry of Social Solidarity, the Egyptian government is launching a national digital platform and app to help indebted citizens find their way out of debt.

Looking to pave a path for the economic and social empowerment of their users, the platform features a large network of institutions and civil associations, and connects citizens to a wide array of Egypt’s most notable NGOs, charities and social initiatives. The digital platform will also offer donation avenues to make communal assistance easier to access and contribute to.
