Egyptian Government to Create Incentives for Young Entrepreneurs

The law will guarantee that small and medium business owners will have access to a set of  incentives, such as refunding the cost of utilities used on the land after the project starts running.

Cairo Scene

In recognition of the importance of entrepreneurial projects, the Egyptian government has drafted a new law incentivizing young entrepreneurs to get their start.

The law will guarantee that small and medium business owners will have access to a set of  incentives, such as refunding the cost of utilities used on the land after the project starts running, and expanding the period in which business owners have to pay for utilities or total forgiveness of any late fees.

The government will also be able to pay part of the cost of training for employees of small businesses, and provide land at little to no cost. The procedures to create a business will be made much easier, as well.
