With Valentine’s Day right around the corner, it’s time to start making plans.
While most of the CairoScene crew are sad little singletons who will inevitably mark cupid’s birthday (isn’t that what Valentine’s Day is about?) by getting wasted, pretending to like house music, falling down the stairs (why do so many clubs here have so many stairs?), ignoring phone calls from our worried mothers at 3AM and crying into our chicken tenders at Hardee’s until they kick us out, others will be celebrating much more traditionally.
The magical Mediterranean cuisine at Aqua e Luce will get you in the mood for love with candles, live piano and a special set menu. We’re not sure what it is yet, but we imagine it’s chock-full of aphrodisiacs.
If Mediterranean isn’t your cup of tea, how about Chinese at Noble House, Italian at Leonardo, Thai atLan Tania, Lebanese at Al Dabké, Mexican at Maria’s or Indian at Raj? The choices are as limitless as your love (we assume, we don’t know your life) and each one of these indulgent outlets has drawn up a special set menu for two for just 600LE per couple.
