Telecom Egypt announces that they'll be launching the country's fourth mobile network within the next three weeks.
Mohamed El Nawawi, CEO of Telecom Egypt, announced that the company will be releasing its mobile network some time during the next three weeks. The network is expected to attract about 1.5 million customers during the first stage of its launch.
The company will have 2000 retail outlets throughout the country. Nawawi stressed that Telecom Egypt has been able to achieve its highest revenue ever making up to 5.4 billion EGP during the first 6 months of this year. The company is estimated to have had a net profit of around 1.7 billion EGP.
We’re very excited to see how well Telecom Egypt will do after its launch. We genuinely hope its mobile data will be a bit better than what we’ve seen from the other three mobile networks so far.
