General Entertainment Authority Launches SAR 1 Billion Business Park
The initiative aims to create a hub for entrepreneurs and companies in the creative sector within the Boulevard City zone.
The General Entertainment Authority (GEA) has unveiled plans for a SAR 1 billion Boulevard Business Park project, which will be built within Riyadh’s Boulevard City zone.
This initiative aims to foster growth and sustainability in the creative sector by establishing a dynamic hub for entrepreneurs and companies in the creative industries. The project will also involve redesigning and reorganizing the district to create an integrated urban environment, linking all zones through new passageways and expanded green spaces.
The Boulevard Business Park will feature over 60,000 sq m of leasable space, including nine office buildings, corporate offices, co-working areas for entrepreneurs, retail stores, concept stores for national and international brands, an outdoor art gallery, a gym, a spa, a suspended pool and hanging gardens. Additionally, the development will include more than 1,300 parking spaces.
This project is being developed in collaboration with the REQ Real Estate Fund, French Capital, and Hay Real Estate Development Company.
