Get Fit with El Fit Festival!

Fast food delivery is increasingly become part of the Egyptian culture. Why cook when you can get anything delivered, even though it will probably arrive luke-warm with no proper nutritional value? It has become so ridiculous that we assumed there must be Fatwa against eating vegetables.

Luckily, El Fit Fitness Festival is returning for its third edition on December 6^th and 7^th with the goal of helping you manage that waistline with a variety of athletic challenges and competitions. The jam-packed weekend filled with family friendly activities includes a Nile FM stage filled with engaging acts. For the athletes out there with something to prove, El Fit offers an arm-wrestling contest, the classic but always fun rope pull, a bike ride, obstacles races, 6k runs, as well as the search for fittest student.

The entry fee is 100 LE for both days, and 75 LE for a single day, with the exception for kids under 12, who are given free access. All registered athletes must show up at the British International School (BISC) in SODIC West on the 30th of November for the challenge log-in, failure to show up will lead to disqualification! So don't delay register now and get fit not just for the bragging rights, but for the goodness of your own health. With amazing initiatives like El Fit Festival it is only a matter of time until Egyptians as whole are Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger.
