Hit & Run Outside Arkan

Some pretty shocking footage has been released today, showing a maniacal truck barging right through a car on the Mehwar, outside Arkan and then driving off. You can see in the video passers by in absolute shock, shouting at the driver and trying to get him to stop as panic ensues. Check out the unbelievable video below:
