Industrial Development Authority to Sell 790 Plots of Land

Starting from August 16th, the Industrial Development Authority (IDA) will put 790 plots of land across 14 governorates on offer for sale to investors.

The sale of these lands hopes to further the development of local industry and thereby reduce the country’s reliance on foreign imports. Local and foreign investors have been encouraged by the IDA to invest in this project, with information on the properties to be posted in Arabic as well as English on the IDA’s official website.

These investment opportunities include properties in the industrial sectors of pharmaceutical production, chemicals, as well as the production of building materials.
