It's All Fun and Games at the Zamalek Carnival

Outings in the affluent neighborhood of Zamalek are usually limited to bars, restaurants, and cafes, but you would be surprised to know that the island has so much more to offer. So, if you're tired of all the adult diversions and had enough 18+ fun, it's time for something a little more infantile. We're all kids at heart, right?

Event organisers Al Carnival have decided to infuse March 4th and 5th with childish mirth with, not one, but two days of age-defying fun at the Aquarium Grotto Garden (aka the Fish Gardens). With an array of activities ranging from dance, games, music and circus shows to games, the Zamalek carnival has something for everyone. The best part is, you can play tug of war without having cool serious grown-ups roll their eyes at you!

In the words of the great Frank Sinatra, "fairy tales can come true, it can happen to you, if you are young at heart," so mark your calendars and join the rest of Cairo’s adults as they unleash their lost inner children!
