Khufu Pyramid in Giza Will Be Closed for Internal Renovations

The Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities announced that Giza’s Khufu pyramid will be closed for renovations.The maintenance will be performed inside the pyramid starting June 2023.

The renovation is a part of the ministry’s regular maintenance program for the Great Pyramids of Giza. The ministry announced that the Menkaure pyramid will be open for visitors during this time.
