Ministry of Tourism Announces 20% Discount For Touristic Sites
The discount will apply to key archaeological sites in Qena, Luxor and Aswan from June to August 2024.

The Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities has approved a proposal submitted by the Egyptian Federation of Tourism Chambers, which will see a 20% discount in tickets for key archaeological sites in Qena, Luxor and Aswan from June to August 2024 in order to increase tourist traffic at these sites. The meeting further offered a comprehensive review of the council's achievements throughout May. These accomplishments spanned various sectors, from Egyptian, Greek and Roman antiquities to Islamic, Coptic and Jewish antiquities, including restoration efforts at the temples of Karnak in Luxor.
