Movie Night Fel Park

We don't know about you guys but on Fridays we like to be productive. Get up early, finish our chores, go for a jog, cook with mum, sew with grandma, prepare next week's work and finish it too. JK you didn't believe that did you? In reality we don't even experience the day that is Friday; we sleep late Thursday and wake up early Saturday. Okay we lied again, we wake up late Saturday too. Friday is the day where we embrace our beds and thank the gods of mattresses and pillows for their blessings upon us.

This upcoming Friday however, we're thinking of being a little bit productive - just a little bit - and heading over to Movie Fel Park. Now the event's name may be giving it away and the day will revolve around the awesome concept of kicking back on the grass at the sprawling park and watching a movie on a giant outdoor screen - but there's more to it than you think. The event will kick off at 11 AM, where you will get to participate in cool activities like "15 minutes of fame" hosted by Cairo Jazz Club, as well as stuff your faces with mouthwatering snacks courtesy of The Tipsy Teapot, Yumamia, Dawgz On Wheels, Gelato on Wheelz, Mince Burger and much more. Later at 4 PM Code Masr will take the stage to preform live music for a couple of hours before the movie starts. 

The movie is currently TBA however it's being voted on at the moment. We're keeping our fingers crossed for The Lion King. The event is bound to satisfy all ages, literally, as a number of activities and art workshops will be available for the little ones. 

We advise you to get your own mat/blanket as the movie will be screened outdoor in the garden. Chairs will be available but are limited and will be on a first come first served basis. Tickets will be sold on the gates, 40 LE per one. So no reservation in advance is required.
