'My Clean School' Initiative Provides 150 Schools with Recycling Bins

Go Clean, the Ministry of Education and Banque du Caire are looking to instill an environmentally-friendly ethos in the next generation by supplying their schools with recycling bins.

In pursuit of a greener future for Egypt, recycling solutions company ‘Go Clean’ has partnered with the Ministry of Education and Banque du Caire to kickstart the ‘My Clean School’ initiative. ‘My Clean School’ looks to supply 150 schools in Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria with recycling bins to kickstart their eco-friendly journey and instill environmentally-conscious ethos in the next generation. 50 schools in Giza have already been gifted with recycling bins, with many more to follow across Egypt.

Go Clean has frequently spearheaded projects to raise awareness about the harmful effects of non-degradable materials. They have most recently worked with Abu Qir Petroleum to hold beach cleanups and recycle discarded plastics from the sea.
