Tens of celebrities, VIPs and familiar faces? A stunning setting overlooking one of Egypt’s most famous monuments to its heritage? A legend of music across the Middle East? Ah, then it must be Orange Egypt’s annual sohour spectacular, of course!

With the iconic Ragheb Alama taking to the stage at The Nile Ritz-Carlton in Downtown Cairo, this is possibly the most star-studded sohour you’re likely to see this year and – here’s the cherry on top – it was all for a good cause.

The leading telecom company celebrated the launch of its Ramadan campaign under the slogan of ‘Small Gestures Can Make a Big Difference’ (#فرق_كبير), following the footsteps of their Ramadan ad featuring pop stars Nancy Ajram and Tamer Hosny. Its more than a campaign, though - it's a campaign for a cause. It revolves around the theme of sharing, and what better time to do so than in Ramadan.

The campaign is comprised of two initiatives: renovating and refurbishing schools and houses in Upper Egypt, as well as aiding underprivileged villages in corporation with ‘Misr El Kheir’ and ‘Ommar Al-Ard’ foundations.
