Pro-PDA Protests in Turkey

In defiance of the subway authorities aversion to public displays of affection in Ankara, hundreds of couples get together to lock lips...

In Turkey, Ankara subway officials made an announcement asking passengers "to act in accordance with moral rules" after security cameras spotted a couple kissing. Opposition lawmakers questioned the decision about whether subway officials should be making such demands in the midst of secularist fear of an expanded role of Islam in the country. This lead to a mass 'kissing protest' with hundreds of people locking lips for minutes in the station yesterday.

Bravo, we're barely allowed to grind at most night clubs here let alone kiss in public. Who's up for a kiss-in in Tahrir this Friday?
