Who are the fittest people in Cairo? This and many more questions you may have about being fit and active are going to be answered this weekend at El Fit, the biggest sports and fitness challenge of the year which is back once again.

This year, El Fit promises to go bigger than ever before as Reebok takes the lead of this extraordinary event. Amateur and professional athletes join forces to compete in a series of challenges that will determine who really is the fittest person in Cairo. On top of that, many fantastic prizes are looking for a new home. Reebok is feeling very generous gearing up for El Fit and has announced to be showering participants in giveaways. Free sessions will give visitors the chance to experience new fitness trends that are spearheaded by Reebok and their different lines such as Crossfit, Les Mills’ dancing and urban running.
