Shamseya Launches Phone Assistance Service to Guide Patients through the Egyptian Healthcare System

Shamseya’s newly-released free phone assistance service guides patients on how to best make use of the Egyptian healthcare system, and provides free COVID-19 health consultations.

Shamseya, a local social enterprise specialising in guiding patients through the Egyptian healthcare system, has just initiated ElNase7, a free phone assistance service. The service includes detailed medical consultations by a varied team of medical physicians, pharmacists, dentists and psychological support specialists - right on time to help with the current COVID-19 crisis.

Besides providing consultations on using the Egyptian healthcare system, the team ensures that they lead patients to the proper resources, such as by leading them to the official government hotline (105) after determining whether the caller exhibits COVID-19 systems.

The service is available via WhatsApp 24 hours a day at +201062565839.
